Nuketown, the retro-futuristic themed area from Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, is back in Black Ops 7. The original 1950s test facility map has its own 24/7 playlist to provide plenty of grinding.
This playlist, which can be found in the Featured section of the menu bar, has been running non-stop since its launch. This playlist is the fastest way to grind for XP. It also helps you achieve your gun level and camo challenges.

Black Ops Black Friday Double XP Week
Treyarch holds its first global XP celebration in Black Ops 7 for Thanksgiving and to celebrate its release window. The event allows Black Ops 7 players to earn more XP as they level up and get bonuses for an entire week. Black Ops 7 Black Thursday event offers players the following rewards:
2x XP for player level progression.
2x Weapon XP for faster unlocks.
Double Battle Pass experience (if active).

The time is right to upgrade weapons, grind cams and reach the early stages in prestige. In Zombies, a double gobblegum can make all of the difference, especially when you are playing by yourself or in high-rounds. Black Ops 7, Season 1, has a lot of weekly challenges that are essential to progression. Every week there will be a new objective in each game mode. This includes things such as XP on Battle Pass and camo advancement. Gun attachments can also be earned through completing challenges.
Get 50 Eliminations with a Specific Weapon Category.
Endgame: Completing 3 extraction missions.
Kill 250 Zombies with the Elemental Ammo.
Win 5 matches within a specified playlist (such Prop Hunt or Hardcore).
There are also weeks that include camo grinds or new gun learning. When you finish all tasks for the week, you'll receive a reward. These can include a blueprint and an XP token that doubles your XP.
You can track your progress by clicking on the Challenges menu item in the main menu. Reminder: Your completed challenges can be applied retroactively toward certain Battle Passes.
Black Ops Seven Endgame Unlock event
Unlock Date: 21 November 2025
Mode: Co-op (PvE).
Requirement : None. Available for all players.
At first, completing the main story was required to play End Game. Treyarch eased this restriction and End Game has become free for all Bo7 players. Treyarch rewarded all players that unlocked the game early by beating its story. Early Black Ops 7, Campaign Completion rewards:
3x 1-Hour Double XP Tokens.
2x 1-Hour Double Weapon XP Tokens.
2x Double Battle Pass XP Tokens.
Perkaholic GobbleGums - 3x per pack (Zombies power ups).
The Endgame itself will put you in massive ops, with lots of AI threats and AI patrols. There are also bosses to deal with. The game allows for multiple teams to play and includes extraction mechanics. Season 1 is expected to include Endgame Storyline Missions and possibly seasonal Mods.

Black Ops Winter Holiday Event
Black Ops7 will be experiencing a Winter Holiday event in late-December, bringing chaos and festive cheer to the game. The Winter Holiday Event is expected to hit Black Ops 7 in late December. What you can expect from Winter Holiday Event
Sleighjacked Map variant -- Leaks state that there will a winter reskin for a fan favourite map, probably Hijacked or Nuketown. The map would feature festive props, lights and gifts.
Daily Login Awards -- The calendar "12 Days of Call of Duty", which gives away free charms as well as XP, calling card, and blueprints to players who log in each day, may be returning.
Seasonal Challenges -- A limited-time goal, like "kill enemies with weapons that have a winter theme" or "win games on maps featuring snow", rewards cosmetics.
Holiday-Themed Bundles: Expect to find store packs that feature ugly sweater operator faces, candy cane melee guns, and more.
This event lasts for two weeks at the end of each year. You can use this time to take a break, and also boost your XP mid-season. Be sure to keep an eye on the featured playlist tab for any special games or surprises.
Black Ops Camo Challenge Event
How to unlock Complete challenge sets (Multiplayer and/or Zombies), which can include kill milestones. Headshots. Wins. Or the use of specific weapons.
Reward: An exclusive animation universal camou that is compatible with all supported firearms.
Camo grinding events are a staple of Call of Duty content released after the launch of Black Ops 7. Even though it hasn't been officially confirmed, the players are expecting an animated camo to appear in either preseason or during early Season 1 rotation.
